RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must first be approved before being sent back.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Exchanges

If approved, exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or incorrect items. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
